I. General Notes
This is the End User License Agreement of the game called Word'n'Seek.

For the purposes of this policy:
- "We" (or "us", "our") refers to an a developer of Word'n'Seek, Adam Svoboda.
- "Game" refers to the Word'n'Seek app or the website word-n-seek.com.
II. Purpose of The Game
The Game is provided as a word game, useful for example to learn English.
III. Restriction of Use
It is prohibited to abuse the game mechanics in any way to gain an advantage over other users of the Game.
It is prohibited to decompile or to steal in any way the source code of the Game.
It is prohibited to use parts of code of the Game or artwork contained in the Game in any personal or commercial project and claim it as it is yours.
It is prohibited to publish the Game on any app store or similar sites other than the official ones without Our written approval. The official app stores are Google Play Store (available here) and Apple App Store (available here)
It is prohibited to create links, that look like the links made by the Game, pointing to domain other than "word-n-seek.com".
IV. Grant of License
We grant you a non-exclusive non-transferable right to install and use the Game as intended as stated above. This licens allows you to only use the Game, not to do anything else with it.
V. Copyright Infridgement
If you infrige on Our ownership rights, you are legally liable.
VI. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and "WITH ALL FAULTS".
We are not promising software functional forever.
VII. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any attacks on the Game or on Us.
We are not liable for any physical or mental damage caused when using the Game. We encourage you to be careful and to periceve the world around you so you can react sensibly to changes around you.
We are not liable for malfunction of the Game.
We are not liable for any damage caused by third parties.
We are not liable for lack of enjoyment, it is subjective.
We are not liable for changes to this Terms of Service.
We are not liable for any property damages.
VIII. Software Updates
We are providing updates to the Game. Those updates will apply automatically usually fixing bugs and glitches.

X. Governing Law
In all legal disputes will apply the laws of the Czech Republic.
